Yron Assist helps businesses communicate with their customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

• Contact details such as name, business name, email, and phone number.
• WhatsApp Business Account information you connect through Meta Embedded Signup, and the message content needed to operate the service.
• Basic usage and technical data, such as IP address and diagnostics.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide and operate Yron Assist, including sending and receiving WhatsApp messages on your behalf, to provide support, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Meta or WhatsApp data for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and the Meta and WhatsApp messaging APIs, and where required by law.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email yron.tech@gmail.com. You can also disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time to stop further processing.
